ED has a freight rate shopping system to provide you with the most economical freight rate. Each box is measured and weighed at the time of shipment and this information is entered into our freight rate shopping system and the order is shipped using the most economical freight cost.

If you prefer to use an alternative carrier, the carrier name and your account number must be provided at the time of ordering.
RETURNS

Claims on damages or defects need to be emailed to beniuk@enlighteneddecor.com within 3 business days of receipt of the product. Please provide photos of the defect and packaging for a quicker response. We will contact you with arrangements and an RA number.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our product, variations in color, finish, size, and markings are to be expected and are not accepted as the basis for a return.

All damaged goods will either be replaced or a credit will be issued.
